Antique Feel Khaki Hand Burnished Suede Belt

This belt didn’t quite come out the colour we had initially planned—but honestly, I think it’s all the better for it. What was meant to be a darker, more muted khaki evolved into something with far more personality. The pale, burnt out khaki toned suede gives off a crisp, clean feel—but with those darker, hand-sprayed edges framing it so boldly, it suddenly becomes something much more dynamic.

There’s a stronger contrast here than in our other suede belts, and that’s exactly what makes it pop. It’s a belt with a bit of an edge, both literally and stylistically. It still carries that tactile softness you get with good suede, but visually it’s far punchier—more graphic, more contemporary.

To balance things out, I’ve paired it with our burnished brass buckle, which adds warmth and a grounding quality that keeps everything from feeling too stark. That mellow brass tone subtly echoes the richness of the edges without competing with the paler suede, creating a look that’s sharp but never jarring.

I see this belt working brilliantly with off-whites, ecrus, sage greens or even washed denim. It’s not a belt that fades into the background—it’s there to lift an outfit, add contrast, and say something a little different.
