There are belts that accessorise an outfit, and then there are belts that are the outfit. This is firmly the latter. Our iconic bubble buckle — a cascading cluster of individually set Swarovski crystals in antique gold mounts — is one of those pieces that stops people in their tracks, and paired with the warm, biscuit tones of this fine lizard-print nubuck strap, it has never looked better.

I designed the bubble buckle to feel more like a brooch or a piece of heirloom jewellery than a conventional belt fastening. The crystals catch the light from every angle, the organic, clustered form spilling slightly beyond the strap edge in a way that feels deliberately undone — opulent without being rigid.

The beige nubuck leather is the perfect foil. Its soft, velvety finish and warm tone provide a beautifully tactile base, while the fine lizard print adds just enough visual interest to carry the eye before the buckle takes over entirely. Together they strike a balance between restraint and extravagance that is very hard to achieve.

How to wear it: Made for occasions. Wear cinched over a simple column dress or an evening gown to let the buckle become the focal point of your entire look.
